As of June 20th, 1998, the Arch-Angels Force will be run by the most able leaders. They have been the most respected members of this fine guild, and are entitled to the right to decide matters concerning the guild. These members will be known as the Collective, as they share each others views, and are best suited to lead the Arch-Angels Force.
