We have a four tiered member ranking system.

The Collective

The 1st tier is the leaders, also known as the Collective. They hold the most power in the guild, and are responsible for all decisions pertaining to the guild, including alliances, membership, petitioner status. The Collective have been long standing members, who have served over a year in this guild, and have earned the right, through hard work, and perseverance to lead this guild. Below is a list of the current Collective Members of the Arch-Angels Force:

Minister of Art - Responsible for graphics

Minister of Diablo II - Responsible for Diablo II Branch

Lord_Duron -The Mighty Lord

Minister of Propoganda - Responsible for the webpages =)

Minister of Finance - Responsible for generating revenue

Minister of Social Affairs - Responsible for the voting booth

Minister of Defence - Responsible for web page security (login/passwords)

Minister of Forums - Responsible for both forums

Co-Minister of Interguild Affairs - Co-responsible for interguild relations and The Storm Allaince

Mithril -Lord of the "really mean smurfs"!

Minister of Espionage - Responsible for the spying

Wabbit -Moooh

Minister of Justice - Responsible for judicial matters

The Jang Kyo

The second tier of member ranking is called The Jang Kyo. Jang Kyo is the Korean term for "Elite Military", and it represents the 2nd highest ranking members in the guild, and have earned that reputation through their excellent playing skills, their leadership qualities, and their ability to get along with others. Promotion to The Jang Kyo is based on many criteria, which includes:

Game playing ability
Ability to get along with other members and allies
Leadership qualities
Assisting other members/initiates in games
High level of involvement in the guild

However, the title of a Jang Kyo does not come without responsibility, like a saying goes "With great power, comes great responsibility". For the most part, the responsibilities of a Jang Kyo are:

helping out new members, and petitioners in games whenever possible
teaching members new to a game how to play
being able to assist the Collective members in their jobs when it is requested of them
active in guild discussions including meetings
set a good example for others to follow
playing an active role in recruitment

The Member

The third tier of ranking are the regular members. They are the heart and soul of the AAF as they make up most of the guild. Members have access to the voting booth, private forum, and the privilage to attend guild meetings.

The Initiate

The fourth and final tier of ranking are the initiate members. Initiate is a rank designated to new members. They do not have access to the private forum or voting booth. The initiate member will be considered an automatic member of the guild after applying. After a month, he/she will be automatically promoted to member unless there is opposition expressed by members or the initiate member has not been active enough. During the period when the member has the rank of initiate, the AAF can consider immediate promotion to "Member" or immediate expulsion from the guild.
